Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building successful customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
