Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, and strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals.
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Upsell products or services as needed, and schedule callbacks and appointments to resolve customer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns.
  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions.
