Our Amazon Locker+ retail locations are strategically placed throughout the city, making it easy for customers to pick up and return their packages at their convenience. **Job Overview** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery * Assist customers with questions they may have, providing solutions and resolving issues * Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their needs are met * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards * Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site * Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing of packages **Physical Demands** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. You'll also need to be able to go up and down stairs (where applicable) and be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week. **What it's like at blithequark's Amazon Locker+ locations** * Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment with protective gear and regular safety checks. * Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. * Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages. * Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments. * Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, what one would expect in a grocery store. * Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
