Key Responsibilities
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Transmit information or documents using a computer, and verify the accuracy of transmitted data.
- Read and visually verify information in various formats, including small print, to ensure data accuracy.
- Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries.
- Operate standard office equipment, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and respond to concerns from other employees.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
- Follow company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents or injuries, and complete safety training and certifications.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
