You will handle both in-person and phone inquiries, maintain accurate records, and assist in daily administrative tasks. • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. • Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate departments. • Provide accurate information about USPS services and processes. • Handle mail and package drop-offs and pickups efficiently. • Maintain organized front desk records and logs. • Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned. Required Skills and Experience: • No degree required – entry-level applicants are welcome. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer skills and ability to learn USPS systems quickly. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment. • Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role. • Familiarity with mail handling procedures or USPS services.
