About the Role
blithequark's Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking energetic, passionate, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Support Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring that they receive the support they need to manage their accounts.
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a commitment to first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and improve through feedback and coaching.
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- REMOTE WORK: Dedicated work-from-home space, demonstrating a strong ability to manage time and tasks independently, and maintain productivity in a remote environment.

- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus, demonstrating a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Technical Requirements
- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, ensuring that all customer interactions are efficient and effective.
- No satellite internet, demonstrating a strong ability to maintain a stable and reliable internet connection.
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord, ensuring that all technical requirements are met, and that customer interactions are not disrupted.

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $15.25-21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher, demonstrating a commitment to fair and competitive compensation, and recognizing the value of your contributions to the team.

Shift Details
The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST), which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST), demonstrating a commitment to flexibility, and providing the opportunity to manage your work schedule effectively.
