**Join Our Shared Team**
We're currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Support agent to join our shared team, where you'll work closely with clients to provide professional and efficient support to their customers. As a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent - French, you'll be fluent in spoken English and will support customers across multiple channels, including call, email, chat, WhatsApp, letter, and social media.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent - French, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to all customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively
* Developing and maintaining a full knowledge of client products and services
* Recognizing when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
* Dealing with all correspondence as requested/required
* Logging all calls accurately and in line with procedure
* Maintaining and updating all administration
* Consulting product manuals to advise customers of appropriate options/solutions
* Meeting minimum monitoring criteria and daily/weekly targets

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**
To succeed as a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent - French, you'll need:
* Fluency in English and French
* Experience of or aptitude for customer service
* Good organizational skills
* A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard
* A working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations
* Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines
* ECDL qualification an advantage
**Work Schedule**
As a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent - French, you'll work Saturday and Sunday shifts between 8:30am and 11pm, with the opportunity to work additional hours as needed. For the first two weeks, you'll be required to work full-time Monday to Friday for training.
