A fast growing Real Estate Team seeking to fill a Virtual Administrative Assistant position.
Database Input & Listing/Sales Assistant
REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
• Strong task & time management skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and systems
• Problem-solving mindset and self-motivated
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Listing Assistant Responsibilities:
• Prepare listing paperwork and agreements
• Keep Listing/Seller checklists up to date
• Prepare listings and make them live on MLS
• Managing/Update MLS status, as needed
• Gather, Organize and Share Feedback with Seller
• Coordinate offers received on the listing
• Manage Open Houses: assure advertised and follow up on feedback
• Report weekly marketing updates for active listings
• If home has to go back on market, follow system for BOM protocol
Buyer Assistant Responsibilities:
• Prepare Buyer Agency Agreement
• Complete Buyer Offer Documents
• Keep Buyer checklist up to date
Staffing Management:
• Find and secure coverage for Agent, as needed
Database Input & Management:
• Input all leads/referrals/opportunities into database
• Systematically clean and update database
• Maintain the Team’s Seller Tracker and Buyer Tracker
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
