Product Merchandising and Delivery Driver

Company Overview: As a Product Merchandising and Delivery Driver at PepsiCo, you will play a key role in keeping vending and fountain equipment accounts stocked and running smoothly. This position involves product delivery, servicing machines, completing minor repairs, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records. As a representative of PepsiCo to many customers, professionalism and strong customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will oversee product delivery, service vending and fountain equipment, and help ensure customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include: • Deliver products to vending and fountain accounts on assigned routes • Safely operate a commercial vehicle in varying weather and traffic conditions • Load, unload, and restock vending machines and fountain units • Collect, reconcile, and record cash, change, and payments from customers or machines • Perform basic equipment repairs and routine maintenance as required • Accurately invoice customers and balance daily cash and charge records • Update product tags and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials as needed • Place future product orders based on customer requirements • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized delivery vehicle and work environment Required Skills and Experience: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly • Keen attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in delivery, vending, or customer service roles • Basic mechanical skills or experience with equipment repair • Familiarity with handheld invoicing or route management systems Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities • Paid training and onboarding with no prior experience required • A safe, supportive, and inclusive work environment • Career advancement and professional development opportunities at PepsiCo • Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees • A culture focused on teamwork, innovation, and performance About PepsiCo: PepsiCo is a global leader in food and beverages, with a portfolio of iconic brands including Pepsi, Gatorade, Tropicana, Lay’s, and Doritos.
