KEY HOURS WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL 2 Positions. Monday - Friday Morning Closer • Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST • Break: 10:45am - 11:30am CST Evening Closer • Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST • Break: 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM CST As a Lifechanger at The Wellness Lab, your mission is simple: Change lives. You're the bridge between “I’m tired of feeling stuck” and “I just invested in the woman I’m becoming.”We don’t take that lightly — and neither should you. This role is about showing up with passion, precision, and purpose on every call.We enroll clients via zoom, on the spot — because bought-in clients are more committed, more excited, and more successful. Roles and Responsibilities Summarized: • Check your calendar the night before so you're locked in on your calls for the day. • Show up with energy and intention — every single call is a chance to change a life. • Record all calls and take notes for performance reviews and client insight. • Send your End-of-Day Report — every call matters, every number counts. • Work out 4–5x a week — we don’t sell wellness, we live it. • Morning Ritual (20–30 min) — get your mind right before you speak life into someone else. • Follow up with every non-buyer — the fortune is in the follow-up. • Connect new clients with coaches after each sale. • Know our offer like it’s your job — because it is. • Never lose momentum — dry spells don’t break you, they sharpen you. Roles and Responsibilities Explained: 1. Check your Calendar NightlyYou should know your schedule the night before. No surprises. No missed calls.Be ready 15 minutes early. Being “on time” means you’re already late.You showing up sloppy tells the client their transformation doesn’t matter. That’s unacceptable. 2. Showing up with passion, energy, intensity and enthusiasm to every single call. Understanding that you are the bridge between the public who follows us on Instagram and our client portal is an extremely important job. We’re not selling a gym membership. We’re selling a solution to her silent suffering.Bring the fire, focus, and finesse.You are the moment she’ll remember when she finally puts herself first. We need to show up like that. 3. Record & Note Every CallEvery single call must be recorded and uploaded to your monthly sales tracker before your day ends. No exceptions.Take notes. Study patterns. Sharpen your skills.This is how closers become legends. 4. End-of-Day ReportSend this to leadership before you log off via slack. Include: • Booked clients • Total calls booked: x • Total calls showed: x • Total closed: x • Revenue collected: $x • Any key notes or objections 5. Live the WellnessYou're a rep for The Wellness Lab — if you're not living this, you're not selling it.Train 4–5x/week. Prioritize your health. Keep your mindset dialed in.You can’t pour into others from an empty cup. 6. Morning Ritual (20–30 min)Start your day with clarity. Ground yourself.Visualize the women you’ll speak to. Prepare to show up with energy, empathy, and edge. 7. Weekly Follow-UpsFollow up with every single prospect who didn’t buy by week’s end.Be personal. Reference her goals. Share a podcast, a quote, a reminder that she matters.This is how we build long-term trust and short-term conversions. 8. Send client coaching agreement Once payment is secured, immediately send a coaching agreement to the client to lock in terms and initiate onboarding. 9. Know the Offer ColdGo through the client portal. Study the coaching systems. Know the modules, the app, the check-in process, the calls, the community.You should be able to answer any question without blinking. 10. Never Lose MomentumOne thing we do not ever tolerate is complacency. My definition of complacency is not studying, learning, evolving, asking questions, being hungry, being committed, being passionate, being all in. Never lose momentum doesn’t mean you won’t have dry spells, but it does mean that when you have dry spells that you won’t let that affect how you show up. Leave them better than you found them. The fortune is in the follow up. Mental and physical health always come first. Then business. Hardest worker in every room you walk into. Rate of Commission 10% Cash Collected on the front end sale for the first 90 days. Percentage potential increase based on performance and work ethic.
