Senior Director, Internal Communications
                                Job Description:
• Shape and execute a compelling internal communications strategy
• Manage and mentor high-performing teams of internal communications professionals
• Develop and lead “win from within” campaigns
• Partner with senior leaders to craft compelling internal messages
• Lead communications planning and execution of senior leadership meetings and enterprise town halls
• Lead communications for major organizational changes
• Design and implement an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in business, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• 10 years of work experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field
• 7 years of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
