Job Duck is hiring a virtual V101 - Real Estate & Property Service Support Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate & Property Service Support to manage communication and logistics between residents, vendors, and our internal team. This role is essential for ensuring maintenance requests are handled efficiently from start to finish tracking progress, following up, and maintaining accurate systems. Support the leadership team in managing daily operations, vendor communications, and property-related administrative tasks. Monthly Compensation: $1,060 to $1,150 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Review and respond to incoming emails, texts, and voicemails from tenants, vendors, and team members • Prioritize, update, and follow up on open work orders and maintenance requests • Communicate with tenants to confirm service completion or gather additional details • Contact vendors or service providers for updates, estimates, or scheduling needs • Assign new work orders based on inspections and ZInspector reports • Assign service providers and skill categories to each work order • Schedule and update maintenance activities in RentVine for internal reporting • Maintain clear records and consistent communication across all platforms • Prepare weekly maintenance reports for internal review Key Skills, Traits, and Values: • Strong organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment • Professional verbal and written communication; client and vendor-facing demeanor • Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools • Familiarity with real estate terminology and transaction processes is a plus • Discretion and confidentiality when managing sensitive information Requirements: • 2+ years supporting property management, real estate, or professional services teams • Experience with remote office operations and digital document management • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish (preferred) • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately Software: • Vendoroo: For work order management, approvals, and scheduling • RentVine: For property and maintenance tracking • ZInspector: For inspections and maintenance follow-up Location & Timezone • EST – U.S. Work Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English, Spanish We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
