About the Role

As a Caregiver with ComForCare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will provide a wide range of non-medical home care services, including meal preparation, bathing, toileting, medication reminders, transfers, light housekeeping, and occasional errands. Key Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care services to clients, including meal preparation, bathing, toileting, and medication reminders
• Assist clients with transfers, light housekeeping, and occasional errands
• Engage in meaningful activities with clients, such as conversation, games, and hobbies
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid New Jersey State Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license. You will also need to have access to reliable transportation, as well as a clean driving record. Additionally, you will be required to undergo a criminal background check and drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US. A TB test taken within the last year showing clear results is also required. We are looking for candidates who are fully vaccinated and able to provide personal or professional references.

Essential Qualifications

• NJ CHHA License (valid New Jersey State Certified Home Health Aide License)
• Access to reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
