Job Title: Sr. DevOps Engineer
Job Location: 100% REMOTE from anywhere in the US
Salary: $140k-$180k base salary + Equity + 3 weeks PTO + Comprehensive Health Benefits + 401k
Must have:
• 8+ years in DevOps with focus on scaling infrastructure
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining service-oriented architecture principles.
• AWS cloud services
• CI/CD pipelines, using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc.)
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar
• Recent experience with SOC2, HIPAA compliance experience, as well as building in a healthtech or startup SaaS environment

️ Key Responsibilities
• Build and scale infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines from the ground up
• Implement service-oriented architecture principles across environments
• Translate infrastructure diagrams into scalable solutions using Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar tools
• Own cloud infrastructure security, IAM, networking, and monitoring
• Optimize AWS cost and usage with smart resource planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure needs
• Establish infrastructure that complies with SOC 2, HIPAA, and other healthcare standards
Requirements
• 8+ years in DevOps with focus on scaling infrastructure
