Position Overview

As a Data Entry & Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and validating data across multiple internal platforms. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a professional remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data within company systems and databases.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of information.
  • Review source documents for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Collaborate with various departments (Finance, HR, Operations) to validate data integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security policies.
  • Assist with generating reports and data summaries as requested.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to data accuracy and reporting.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members through virtual meetings or email.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • No prior experience required – paid training provided.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or records management.
  • Familiarity with data verification or quality assurance processes.
  • Basic knowledge of data management systems and reporting tools.
