Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to join our Availability Platform Product team. As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling our e-commerce and retail technology products, ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for developing and managing product roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, analyzing customer and product data, and turning insights into actionable initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, align stakeholders, and analyze customer and product data to inform product decisions
  • Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and identifying market opportunities
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to drive alignment on business objectives and product roadmaps
  • Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs, and managing execution and rollout of products
  • Communicate the benefits and champion the product throughout the organization, driving adoption and addressing business and system issues
  • Analyze data sets and recommend solutions to stakeholders on how to best leverage the last mile platform

About the Team

The Platform Product team is part of Walmart Global Tech (CTO) organization and is responsible for building platform products that work across clients (Walmart, Sam's, other retailers) and markets (US, Canada, Mexico, other markets with Walmart International operations). We work closely with stakeholders from Walmart US Product team, business, store operations, engineering, design, data science, analytics, and program management. Our goal is to build a scalable Availability platform that is client and market agnostic.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area, and 7 years' experience in product management
  • Or, 9 years' experience in product management or related area
  • Experience in building and scaling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products, consumer products, and/or internal tools
  • Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, use data and sound business judgment to influence prioritization and trade-off decisions
  • Passion for solving complex problems, and ability to foster strong relationships and build trust with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area, and 6 years' experience as a product manager
  • Ideally, experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and lean product development principles
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, and supply chain operations
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation, and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $143,000.00-$286,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to our great compensation package, you will also be eligible for incentive awards, 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans, and much more. We also offer a range of benefits, including tuition reimbursement, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and discounts on Walmart products and services.
