About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Analytics Specialist to join our team in the Healthcare Data Management and Strategy Development department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and explore information monetization opportunities, developing and implementing data governance and control strategies, and providing analytical support to drive business decisions. Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pharmacy, Retail, and FOS, to develop and improve data monetization products and strategies.
  • Establish and maintain data governance and control strategies across the organization, working closely with various business units to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide analytical support to drive business decisions, including developing and implementing metrics to measure the effectiveness of data monetization products and services.
  • Support business development initiatives by providing data analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in regulatory or contractual audits, providing data analysis and expertise as a subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new contracts, providing data analysis and expertise as a subject matter expert.
  • Work in a matrix environment to provide shared accountability for pharmaceutical producer relationships, including Purchasing, National Account Management, and Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships, communicating Walgreens' needs and priorities to pharmaceutical companies, trade organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage channel section business and profitability effectively, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven insights to inform business decisions, including analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead delivery and guidance of analytics products, including Inroads, in collaboration with external partners to provide data and insights to pharmaceutical, payer, and health system partners.
  • Define and collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement metrics that impact current contractual data delivery services and analytics products.
  • Operate within organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or healthcare.
  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing programs of financial or operational importance in a pharmaceutical or healthcare services environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in designing, documenting, and implementing service programs of financial or operational importance.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with multiple disciplines, defining and gaining concurrence/accountabilities of project activities.
  • Experience participating with both internal and external sources to develop strategies that meet business and organizational needs within budget and established timelines.
  • Experience in identifying service/operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Experience in application management and analytics of pharmaceutical programs for Specialty Pharmacy services.
  • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
  • At least 3 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or healthcare.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical producer relationships.
