You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that drive business results. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining complex data pipelines, developing predictive models, and deploying them to production. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement machine learning models to optimize our operations and improve customer satisfaction * Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Build and maintain complex data pipelines to support predictive modeling * Develop predictive models using a variety of techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and ensemble methods * Deploy models to production and monitor their performance * Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data architectures that support predictive modeling * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data science * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and predictive modeling **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in analytics or a related field * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL * Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques * Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP * Strong communication and collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in analytics or a related field * Experience with deep learning techniques and architectures * Experience with natural language processing and text analysis * Experience with computer vision and image analysis * Experience with data engineering and data architecture * Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work on high-impact projects that drive business results **About Our Team** Our Last Mile team is a dynamic and collaborative group of data scientists, engineers, and analysts who are passionate about using data to drive business results.
