As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be the first point of contact for all finance-related queries from our customers. Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee well-being has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry. **Your Role** As a Customer Care Specialist in our FinOps team, you'll be responsible for managing follow-up on inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails.
