If you share our energy for making an airline people love, we want to hear from you. **Job Synopsis** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Corporate Travel Management, you will serve as a well-informed authority for corporate travel management organizations at blithequark. As a single point of contact, this role requires significant judgment to make decisions that drive steady revenue growth, utilizing various aspects of our organization and corporate client relationships. Your primary objective will be to build key business relationships with TMC (Travel Management Company) accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as an informed authority for TMC business for blithequark, providing expert guidance and support to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. * With minimal supervision, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with the goal of achieving the highest share of the market and yield possible in individual commercial centers. * Collaborate with legal and risk management groups to develop contract-official arrangements that meet the needs of both parties. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement meetings, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with revenue management groups to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the terms of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for blithequark. * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure blithequark is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant preparation/experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
