About the Role: Making a Difference from Home
In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in customer service, sales, or technical support, all from the comfort of your own home. As a Work at Home Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support, resolve issues, and offer solutions that meet our customers' needs. Whether you're handling customer inquiries, closing sales, or resolving technical issues, your empathy, integrity, and knowledge will be invaluable in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, using a call flow guide to answer questions and resolve issues
- Assist customers by offering additional products and/or services, upselling, and cross-selling as appropriate
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Provide basic customer service support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Build client relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
Who We're Looking For: Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique blend of skills, including:
- A high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence
- Talent for delivering outstanding service and a passion for helping others
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- High-speed internet and a smartphone
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support
- Knowledge of CRM software and database management
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and software applications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
