We're seeking an experienced full stack administrative professional to join our "Experience Team" as a Customer Service and Human Resources representative. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our customers and workforce throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, responding to all inquiries, and delivering an exceptional and proactive service.Key Responsibilities
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze problems and produce solutions.
- Employ a solutions-focused mindset to resolve incoming worker and client issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service to our growing workforce and client base through timely, personable responses to incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Navigate our proprietary workforce management software and other vendor systems fluently and utilize the information housed by these to support incoming queries.
- Represent the company's tone of voice and core values in every interaction internally and externally.
- Demonstrate understanding of the wider business and industry and establish yourself as an expert in employment services both internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to provide a seamless experience to both workers and clients and contribute materially to ideas to improve processes.
- Contribute to internal company culture by employing a team-first mindset.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in administration or customer success. If you have:- At least 2 years of experience in an administration or customer success position, ideally in the HR/staffing industry or with a SaaS company.
- Experience working with CS ticketing systems.
- Lots of initiative, love organizing and balancing multiple tasks at once, while able to quickly identify and prioritize what's urgent.
- Engaging written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations with a positive, empathetic, and calm approach.
- A high attention to detail, with every interaction and input mattering.
- A resourceful learning style, with the ability to think critically and explain complex terms simply.
