Job Overview

As a Remote Work From Home Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our business activities, nurturing relationships with our clients, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data and documents. You will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team to achieve goals, contributing to the renewal process, and processing various business applications and documents. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high-quality and timely manner.
  • Support business activity, such as handling new business applications, compiling information for the business to submit high-quality and accurate Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and processing certificates of insurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall workflow processes and achieve goals by adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards.
  • Nurture relationships with your buyer in the client organization as well as with the day-to-day client representatives.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with standards and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within our systems.
  • Utilize our technology to improve productivity and quality.
  • Effectively balance multiple competing priorities.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 1+ years directly equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic Math skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • An associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience.
  • Previous experience handling client relationships.
