**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
* **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
* **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
* **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
* **Ensuring Compliance with Regulations**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
* **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
* **Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
* **Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities**: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
* **Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance**: Ensure clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
* **Complying with Company Policies and Procedures**: Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Required
* **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
* **Strong Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills**: Ability to resolve customer issues and conflicts in a fair and efficient manner.
* **Basic Math Skills**: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain inventory.
