Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion ensures that every team member feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their best work. **The Job** As a Customer Care Team Leader, your primary goal will be to lead a team of 15 customer service associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences while exceeding performance targets.
