About the Role
As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you will embark on a challenging yet rewarding journey, where your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer support through various channels, including calls, chats, and emails. Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills and qualifications. Firstly, fluency in both English and French (C1 level in writing and speaking for both languages) is a must, as you will be communicating with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Previous experience in customer service will be highly beneficial, as it will equip you with the necessary skills to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively. Additionally, strong analytical and research skills will be essential in resolving complex customer problems and staying updated with the latest technological developments.
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages).
- Experience in customer service or a related field.

- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
