We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Developing knowledge of our systems and application trainings associated with policy processing
- Responding to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff, and customers related to policies and accounts with supervision
- Attending training and obtaining licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to the next level
- Providing input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes
- Following procedures and continuous process improvement standard work
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated typing/keyboarding skills (30 wpm)
- Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook)
- Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)
- Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, having an active Property & Casualty license will receive a bonus of $250.00.Work Environment and Culture
As a remote work environment, you'll spend 80% of your time working from home, proximate to one of our office locations (within approximately 35-50 miles). On occasion, you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
