**Key Responsibilities**
As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and targeting potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities
* Closing deals with clients to provide them with our staffing services, focusing on CNAs and Nurses
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions
* Collaborating with the internal team to ensure the smooth onboarding and placement of staff
* Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative in a healthcare staffing agency
* Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets in the healthcare staffing industry
* Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing market and client needs
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
