Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team of Cabin Crew Members. As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing world-class in-flight service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-flight service to our guests, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the journey.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations, procedures, and protocols, including emergency evacuation procedures and first aid.
• Conduct pre-flight and in-flight safety checks, including the inspection of safety equipment and the preparation of emergency equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and service of meals and beverages, ensuring that all food and beverage items are presented in a safe and appealing manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other Cabin Crew Members to ensure seamless service delivery and to maintain a safe and comfortable cabin environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, including safety procedures, emergency response, and customer service techniques.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized cabin environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in special events and projects.

Essential Qualifications

• High school certification or higher education
• Fluent English verbal and written comprehension; additional languages are an asset
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Minimum height of 161 cm
• No visible tattoos or body piercings (except for one earring in the lower lobe of each ear for females)
• No criminal record
• Excellent personal presentation, style, and image
• Willingness to serve alcohol, including during the holy month of Ramadan
• Willingness to comply with UAE and GCAA visa requirements
• Confidence in water and ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field
• Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
