Why This Role Is More Than Just a Delivery Job

Delivering Coca‑Cola products is a vital link in a supply chain that powers convenience stores, restaurants, and specialty retailers. • Maintain proper handling and loading of beverage cases, crates, and promotional displays according to CCBCHC guidelines.
    • Perform pre‑trip vehicle inspections, DOT‑required load checks, and post‑trip paperwork to guarantee safety compliance.
  • Sales & Profitability
    • Maximize profit margins by promoting Coca‑Cola products, upselling complementary items, and executing in‑store promotional strategies.
    • Monitor inventory levels at each account, restocking shelves, coolers, and vending machines to prevent stock‑outs.
    • Track and report sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans to exceed targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture professional relationships with store managers, procurement staff, and decision‑makers.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide superior service that drives customer loyalty.

  • Merchandising & Visual Standards
    • Set up and maintain Point‑of‑Sale (POS) advertising, ensuring displays are fresh, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Rotate product placements based on sales data and seasonal campaigns; replace outdated signage promptly.
    • Maintain a tidy, organized appearance of all Coca‑Cola assets—including coolers, racks, and storage areas.
  • Financial Accountability
    • Accurately record cash, checks, and credit card transactions; reconcile daily deposits.
    • Prepare and submit invoices, collect outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
    • Safeguard company assets, report any losses or breakage, and comply with all financial controls.

  • Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve logistical challenges.
    • Share best practices, suggest process enhancements, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Attend periodic training sessions, webinars, and regional meetings to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire if not already held.
  • Clean driving record meeting CCBCHC standards and compliance with all DOT physical requirements.
