Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. This is a 6-month contract position with a high potential for extension, offering a competitive pay rate of $18.83 per hour on a W2 contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information and respond to inquiries about products and services
 - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
 - Determine the client's issue, offer possible solutions, and provide follow-up as needed
 - Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
 - Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
 - Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
 - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
 - 0-2 years of customer service-related experience, particularly in high call volume environments
 - Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
 - Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
 - Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens
 - Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex calls, demonstrate critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following skills and experience are preferred:
- A pharmacy background
 - Bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien
