**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their queries, and ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. You will work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 PM EST to 9:00 AM EST, with an 8-hour shift assigned to you 5 days a week. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on patients' lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from patients, resolving their queries and concerns related to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications
* Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in using software applications
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 PM EST to 9:00 AM EST
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
**Education**
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
* Minimum: $17.02
* Maximum: $27.16
