**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* **Developing customer success metrics and executing account strategies**: Identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored plans to meet our clients' needs.
* **Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication**: Establish strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized support and guidance.
* **Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms**: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-selling opportunities**: Stay ahead of the curve, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
* **Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts**: Educate our clients on the benefits of our programs, and help them establish the best solutions for their needs.
* **Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio**: Manage your client relationships, ensuring timely and effective support.
