About the Role

As a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
