We are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and responsive support services to our clients, and we are seeking a talented leader to join our team. **Job Summary** As a key leader of Compass One Healthcare, the Divisional President of Clinical Engineering Operations will provide strategic leadership and direction for all clinical engineering operations within the division. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of operational leaders and outcomes, driving standardization initiatives, and ensuring customer success across the division. The President will develop and implement standard methodologies and operational performance targets, focus on customer happiness, and collaborate with key individuals to achieve organizational goals and deliver high-quality clinical engineering services. **Key Responsibilities** * Delivers against company and client financial targets * Plans, develops, and implements strategies to increase the sector's revenue and profits within the Division * Leads divisional operations to ensure labor efficiency, quality, service, and customer and client happiness/retention * Achieves/exceeds budget plans along with operational performance targets * Drives self and team towards encouraging positive relationships with clients at all levels (local, district, state) and achieving key performance indicators * Serves on the nationwide leadership team, influencing and leading national operations, and regularly communicates with Compass One peers to share standard processes, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build community * Owns key regional decisions with team input, weighing risks and rewards along with short- and long-term implications; strategically, thoughtfully, and persuasively communicates based on type of issue * Sets tone for culture of organization in the region and regularly meets with extended team to ensure full visibility, education, safety, accountability, and alignment * Partners with Sales and Retention teams to drive strategy for growth, structuring deals, presenting new business, building relationships with prospective clients, and negotiating key contract terms. Also coordinates renewal strategy. * Collaborates with key partners on regional and/or nationwide initiatives * Ensures compliance with policy along with completing all required reporting on time * Advocates for continued strategic development of client solutions. This includes Information Technology Roadmap, Data Analytics and Program Development. * Understands the importance of HIPAA and Cybersecurity as it applies to the client's needs and patient safety.
