Client Project Coordinator / Account Manager (Fractional / Part Time)

Job Overview:
The Client Project Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day internal operations for our client accounts, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables, on-time completion of tasks, and alignment with client goals. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
This is a fractional, contract, fully-remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
• Act as the main point of coordination for all client projects, including website design, landing page development, SEO, and other projects, ensuring contracted deliverables are on track and deadlines are met.
• Delegate tasks to internal team members (designer, developer, SEO team, etc.) and follow up to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor the status of multiple projects and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
Client Reporting and Data Management:
• Prepare client-facing reports and/or dashboards summarizing project status, key metrics, trends, and insights.
Client Communication:
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, clients, and internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and addressed.
• Coordinate with clients on project updates, approvals, and timelines.
• Respond to client questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues as needed.
Process Improvement:
• Develop and refine workflows to improve project efficiency and team collaboration.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain and optimize project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to ensure clear task tracking and accountability.
Task Oversight:
• Track ongoing deliverables, including content creation, ad management, website updates, and analytics reviews.
• Ensure that recurring tasks, such as keyword research and backlink tracking, are completed on schedule.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and brand standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project management, account management, or a similar role in a marketing or agency environment.
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Trello) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
• Wordpress, graphic design, and/or web design experience is a plus.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
