Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our cutting-edge online platforms and tools. You will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve issues efficiently
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and objectives, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • No experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and software applications
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, demonstrating attention to detail and a high level of productivity
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
