**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist on our fully remote LATAM team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with blithequark's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting general technical issues related to the blithequark platform. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
* Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the blithequark platform, utilizing your analytical skills and product knowledge.
* Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
* Identify and document any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement, collaborating with our development team to resolve these issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for process improvements.
**What Makes You a Great Fit:**
* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
* Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
* Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
