About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide high-level support to our CEO. As the right-hand person to Sunny, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, organizing priorities, anticipating needs, and providing top-tier support. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the executive team in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare marketing environment and contribute to shaping our impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily management of Sunny's schedule, commitments, and priorities, ensuring she is prepared and organized for all responsibilities
  • Strategic alignment with EOS methodology, understanding the big picture and how departmental needs intersect, and taking detailed notes to maintain alignment
  • Idea intake and execution, capturing, prioritizing, and developing actionable plans for Sunny's ideas, and ensuring they align with operational standards
  • Email, calendar, and travel management, taking charge of Sunny's schedule, prioritizing emails, and coordinating travel logistics
  • Event planning and logistics, owning the full scope of planning and logistics for in-person events, including the annual company retreat, client meetings, marketing events, conferences, and awards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast-growing, scaling business
  • Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, visionaries, and/or CEOs
  • Small to mid-sized business experience
  • Proven experience in process creation and implementation, showcasing strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • College degree, preferably with coursework relevant to business, marketing, or healthcare
  • Familiarity or experience in marketing and healthcare sectors

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Background in marketing
  • Business degree
  • Certifications in project management or similar fields
  • Client services experience
  • Interest in mission-driven organizations, volunteering, or philanthropy, indicating involvement in community-focused initiatives
