**Job Summary**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in addressing the concerns and needs of our clients' customers, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our product and/or service
* Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintain and update customer information as necessary
* Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
