- Greet customers, run the register, and cashier to provide fast and friendly service.
- Make purchase suggestions and work with our food program to enhance the customer experience.
- Work in various areas of the store, both inside and out, to maintain our high standards for store appearance.
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service.
- Interact with customers daily, responding to their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks, share ideas, and drive sales growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals.
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with sales and customer service software, such as point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management tools.
