About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, run the register, and cashier to provide fast and friendly service.
  • Make purchase suggestions and work with our food program to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work in various areas of the store, both inside and out, to maintain our high standards for store appearance.
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Interact with customers daily, responding to their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks, share ideas, and drive sales growth.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, products, and technologies.
  • Experience with sales and customer service software, such as point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
