**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Principal Data Analyst – Data Science and Business Intelligence, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in Java and SQL will be essential in developing and maintaining data pipelines, as well as creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work directly with the client community and financial partners to define and document data requirements for data integration and business intelligence reporting
* Develop and document data planning rules for the development of medium to high complexity data between applications
* Adhere to and promote the use of data governance guidelines
* Support data selection, extraction, and purging for ingestion into the IT Financial Management application, including data warehouse and data stores
* Develop and maintain processes, tools, and ongoing support designs and cycles
* Extract and analyze data from specific applications, systems, and databases to create reports and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data
* Research and resolve data issues across stages and applications, including disparities of definition, design, and functionality

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analysis nanodegree; or equivalent experience
