**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our client's food ordering app. You will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in placing online orders, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
* Provide support through phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Process payments securely, maintaining the highest level of data protection and confidentiality
* Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated
* Identify and escalate priority issues, working closely with the team to resolve complex problems
* Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, sharing best practices and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience
* Maintain and improve service quality, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
* B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers and handle inquiries professionally
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with a strong understanding of computer systems and technology
* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong ability to analyze data and identify trends
**Technical Skills**
* Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate priority issues
**Work Environment and Culture**
* Full remote work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home or a designated remote workspace
* Night shift schedule, working Monday to Sunday from 12:00 am to 11:00 am (5 days per week, 8 working hours + 1 hour break)
