Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and talented Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional support to patients and their families. Your primary focus will be on explaining medical bills, answering questions, and resolving account balances in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and resolve any concerns they may have.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, collaborating with patients over the phone to establish affordable payment plans and process payments.
  • Leverage your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems.
  • Support your fellow team members with consistent attendance, a strong work ethic, and a caring team focus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base annual pay ranging from $37,440 to $43,680, based on prior experience.
  • Monthly performance bonuses, ranging from $100 to $400.
