Job Overview

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, responding to incoming live chats, evaluating customer interactions, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and promoting our products and services
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive
  • Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing customers with valuable solutions and information
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting and exceeding performance targets and contributing to the success of the customer service team
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, representing blithequark and providing exceptional customer service
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, and contributing to the overall success of the team

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
  • Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with customers
  • Strong telephone etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, with a strong focus on organization, prioritization, and time management
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities, with a strong emphasis on empathy, understanding, and conflict resolution
