Key Responsibilities
- Talk with customers about package delivery, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery
- Document the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system
- Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of package delivery
- Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Essential Qualifications

- A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
