**Your Role as a Customer Service Associate**
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing elite service to our sellers and customers through various channels, including phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers
* Responding to a broad range of event and order-related questions
* Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected and resolving issues fairly and constructively
* Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, including monitoring open and pending orders
* Providing real-time assistance and support to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
**Your Journey with blithequark**
As a Seller Operations Associate, your role expectations will progress significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:
* **30 days in**: Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to succeed in your role. Learn about blithequark's operations, the live event industry, and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
* **60 days in**: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
* **90 days in**: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

**Work Environment and Schedule**
Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model that balances in-office and remote work. Your schedule will be as follows:
* **First 4 weeks of employment**: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, for training. Training is paid and takes place in-office.
* **Hybrid model**: 3 days in-office and 2 days at home.
* **Hours**: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
**Compensation and Benefits**
