Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to clients enrolled in our debt resolution program. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients enrolled in our debt resolution program, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, either via phone or email.
  • Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication, using our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity.
  • Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure client success in completing the program and other key retention activities throughout the program.
  • Managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism, working hand-in-hand with other supporting departments to ensure client success in the program.
  • Collaborating with the Client Services Team to achieve retention goals and provide a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience, with call center experience preferred.
  • Reliable internet speeds and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • A positive attitude, team player, and empathy to hardship.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity, with financial services experience (banking, personal loans, credit cards) a plus.
  • Previous debt settlement experience is a huge plus!
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
