About the Role: IT Implementation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation Services department. As an IT Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and implementing Radiometer's Data Management System for our customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT support, project management, and technical support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Scope projects to ensure accurate statements of work and project resource estimations, guaranteeing on-time delivery of Radiometer's proprietary data management systems.
- Design, build, and test ASTM and HL7 interfaces based on varying specifications from EHRs and LIS platforms, utilizing your expertise in healthcare integration engines.
- Travel to customer sites within the NCBU territory (approximately 20% of the time) to provide on-site support, training, and sales cycle support, as needed.
- Participate in the sales cycle to provide technical expertise and support to the Sales team, ensuring successful customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with Radiometer's overall strategic objectives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, personal computers, and remote support tools (RDP, SecureLink, ProxyPro, etc.), as well as networking in a Windows environment.
- Fluency in T-SQL, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Command Prompt Networking tools, with experience in designing, building, and testing ASTM and HL7 interfaces in Mirth / NextGen Connect or other healthcare integration engines.
- At least 2 years of experience working with IIS, SQL Server, and SSRS, with a strong understanding of healthcare technology solutions and integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer support.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Proficiency or fluency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in XML, XSL, and HTML, with experience in web development and data integration.
- Experience working with healthcare technology solutions, including electronic health records (EHRs) and laboratory information systems (LIS).

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
