Job Description
• Process payroll and employee inputs using Gusto, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, tracking expenses, and assisting with budgeting.
• Conduct data entry and maintain organized spreadsheets and financial records.
• Assist with scheduling, coordinating appointments, and providing general administrative support as needed.
Skill Set
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management • Strong administrative and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Only open to Filipino candidates currently residing in the Philippines
